Savio2 Complete Aeration Systems
Each kit is a shore-mount rocking-piston compressor, weighted airline, and rubber-membrane disc diffuser(s). Air leaves the bottom as fine bubbles and mixes the water column. That is meant to raise oxygen and break up summer layering. In winter the boil can keep a hole in ice so gases can vent.
This does not replace a filter or UV. It does not clear green water by itself.
How to pick a size
Surface acres = length (ft) × width (ft) ÷ 43,560.
Example from Savio: 600 × 120 ÷ 43,560 ≈ 1.65 acres → order the 2-acre kit.
Round up if you are between sizes, the pond is long and skinny, or the deep end is more than about 10–15 ft. Compressors in this line are rated for use down to about 40 ft when plumbed correctly.

No-cabinet kits still need a dry, shaded place or a shed. Wet or overheated compressors fail. The ground cabinet has a cooling fan and keeps debris out.
Install
- Compressor on shore, not in the water.
- Can sit up to about 300 ft from the pond with extra tubing.
- Dedicated circuit. Disconnect power before service.
- Place diffusers on the bottom in the deep areas, not in a pile.
FAQ
Compressor-only or this kit?
If you are starting from zero, its best to buy a kit.
Why add the enclosure?
Outdoor install. Rain and heat kill these motors.
Will this run a backyard koi pond?
Usually no. These are lake kits. A 20,000–30,000 gallon water garden wants a smaller linear or diaphragm aerator.
